LM Tech Development (LMTDEV) was employed to build a website for my online business 'shiresweets.com.au" here in the Sutherland Shire, NSW. The business has in access of 300 products and many variants of each, which are forever being updated. We needed something we could operate without relying on a permanent administrator to save ongoing costs. I attempted to review many website builders and ecommerce sites. In order to assist in the preparation and ongoing operation of an online business I required a special kind of relationship as I'm unfortunately technically out of touch. Often I found discussions with other website builders confusing and intimidating to say the least. Lochlan the company owner of LMTDEV took us under his wing and created a website through Big Commerce. This satisfied our business needs from product display right through to shipping and handling making it a very user friendly site without all the IT issues one would expect in creating an online business. Lochlan's time, effort, commitment and communication between myself and staff was second to none and his ability to determine what was in our best interests for the business saved a phenomenal amount of time and money. LMTDEV provided video tutorials with step by step instructions in all facets of product management, marketing and distribution. This allowed all of us here at Shire Sweets to learn and manage the system without fear of not having any support. The tutorials and ongoing support from LMTDEV has taken the scare factor out in the event of a technical issue and without it I'm sure I would have given up. LMTDEV took the time to review all options and minimize costs where applicable and these savings allowed us to further enhance out website. I am in my mid fifties and as you can appreciate I was unsure whether to create another tool for sales and learn something new I wasn't very familiar with.
